Senior Customer Success Manager

Guide our enterprise customers through their full journey with Promptwatch, and build the processes that let our Customer Success team scale. Does this sound like you?

As our Senior Customer Success Manager, you’ll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, from onboarding and adoption to renewal and expansion. Alongside your own accounts, you’ll help structure and standardize how our CS department works. You’ll report to our Chief of Staff and work closely with Sales and Product.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers across the full journey, from onboarding to renewal

• Collaborate with the Chief of Staff, Sales, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience

• Develop and implement processes to scale the Customer Success department

• Standardize how we onboard, retain, expand, and renew customers

• Identify opportunities for account growth and work towards achieving measurable outcomes

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in B2B SaaS

• Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders

• Experience handling renewals and leading upsell conversations

• Track record of hitting retention and expansion targets

• Experience setting up or improving CS processes, such as playbooks, health scoring, or CRM workflows

• Entrepreneurial mindset and a sense of ownership

• Able to work autonomously, come up with suggestions for improvements & translate these to actions yourself

Nice to have

• Experience managing or mentoring team members

• GEO or SEO marketing experience

• Experience working with marketing agencies as customers or partners

• Experience with HubSpot, Intercom and CS tooling such as Planhat or ChurnZero

• Experience at an early-stage, fast-growing startup
